Paper Mario Color Splash review - "Why should you play it?!"
JoyStik Entertainment video game reviews are honest opinions on the good, the bad, and the ugly of each and every video game. In this section, we review Nintendo video games. Today, we will be looking at Paper Mario Color Splash, on Wii U.
A mystery is afoot on Prism Island - and only Paper Mario can solve it by restoring the island's vanishing colors with his new Paint Hammer and the powerful Battle Cards up his sleeve. These fresh layers of strategy, along with the hilarious action adventure gameplay the series is known for, make this one of the most colorful Paper Mario action-adventure games ever.
> Visually, it is one of the best looking games on the Wii U console. Beautiful!
> A charming story yet again from Mario and the gang. If you are a fan of Paper Mario, this is right on track for you. Humor and charm is the best recipe.
> Level design is well put together, but what else would you expect from a Mario game.
> New combat system, do not expect the classic Paper Mario battles.
> Combat is a little slow with the card based, turn base action.
> It is an RPG, but no leveling up which is strange for a Paper Mario fan.
